This role is essential in ensuring our products deliver meaningful value to our clients; primarily retirement investors by combining rigorous data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of user behavior. The ideal candidate will help guide product direction, measure performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Essential Functions for this role include: Data Analysis & Insight Generation Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance products, processes, and procedures Product Performance Metrics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Create clear, compelling data visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Managers to define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics Work with engineering teams to ensure proper data tracking and instrumentation Collaborate with design teams to ensure user behavior is accurately captured and analyzed Data-Driven Product Optimization Identify areas for product improvement, including user pain points, feature adoption, and performance bottlenecks Recommend enhancements to product features, pricing strategies, or user experience based on data insights Problem Solving & Innovation Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity Propose innovative methods for tracking and analyzing product data to uncover deeper insights If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply: 3+ years experience with marketing or managing of a product or service, preferably in the financial services industry. Job Description Responsibilities: Manage the design control process including investigation of user need and product requirement/specifications, coordinate verification and validation activities, coordinate design transfer activities and multi-source projects, determine performance impacts and process change of new materials and designs, conduct risk assessment activities, and resolve residual risk. Investigate root causes and provide corrective actions on product failures. Work with manufacturers to implement corrective actions. Work with internal or external design teams to generate product designs and technical specifications. Evaluate prototypes for usability, manufacturability, performance, and quality. The Senior Product Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to support thoughtful, strategic product decisions that align with both client needs and the firm’s long-term business goals. This role is essential in ensuring our products deliver meaningful value to our clients; primarily retirement investors by combining rigorous data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of user behavior. The ideal candidate will help guide product direction, measure performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Essential Functions for this role include:

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance products, processes, and procedures

Product Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Create clear, compelling data visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Managers to define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure proper data tracking and instrumentation
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure user behavior is accurately captured and analyzed

Data-Driven Product Optimization

  • Identify areas for product improvement, including user pain points, feature adoption, and performance bottlenecks
  • Recommend enhancements to product features, pricing strategies, or user experience based on data insights

Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity
  • Propose innovative methods for tracking and analyzing product data to uncover deeper insights

If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • 3+ years experience with marketing or managing of a product or service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Working knowledge of the public sector and how decisions are made
  • Working knowledge of defined contribution retirement plans and IRAs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment across departmental lines
  • Ability to think outside the box and creatively solve problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Experience with product development, product management, and marketing of financial services products
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to create effective presentations
