People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? Your mission This role leads the product direction of UiPath’s pro-developer experience for agentic automation, driving the SDKs, APIs, and agent-framework integrations that empower Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, and other developers to build automations and AI agents on the UiPath platform. You will pair strategic roadmap leadership with hands-on evangelism—writing sample code, recording demos, and engaging the community. Your north star will be adoption: measurable growth in usage of our SDKs, agentic-automation capabilities, and developer-focused services. The position demands vision, technical fluency, and a passion for creating delightful developer journeys that accelerate enterprise automation. #LI-MH1 What you'll do at UiPath Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for UiPath’s pro-developer experiences, covering SDKs, CLIs, templates, documentation, and sample applications. Drive integration and first-class support for leading agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI), making it seamless for developers to bring their own agents to UiPath. Create and maintain canonical demos, tutorials, webinars, blog posts, and conference talks that showcase best practices and accelerate time-to-value for developers. Collaborate with engineering to ensure SDKs are idiomatic, well-tested, versioned, and instrumented with telemetry that captures activation, retention, and feature usage. Establish and track success metrics (e.g., SDK downloads, MAU, time-to-first-success, NPS) to guide continuous improvements and increase uptake of UiPath agentic automation offerings. Gather feedback directly from the developer community (GitHub, forums, events) and translate insights into prioritized product requirements. Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success to launch developer-focused features and enable internal teams to advocate effectively. Mentor cross-functional teams on developer-experience best practices and champion a culture of code samples, open-source collaboration, and data-driven decision making. What you'll bring to the team 10+ years of experience in product management, developer platforms, or a blended product/devrel role, with a focus on shipping SDKs, APIs, or cloud services for professional developers. Proven ability to write and review production-quality code in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (additional .NET or Go a plus) to create samples, prototypes, and technical content. Hands-on familiarity with agent development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar. Track record of evangelizing technology through conference talks, videos, webinars, blog posts, or community leadership that drove measurable adoption. Strong understanding of developer-experience principles: package management, semantic versioning, IDE/tooling integration, CI/CD, and telemetry. Demonstrated success using data-driven approaches to optimize activation, retention, and satisfaction for developer products. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to influence engineering, design, and business stakeholders while staying deeply connected to the developer community. Passion for AI-driven automation and a clear vision for how outstanding developer experiences can scale enterprise agentic workflows on the UiPath platform. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role. Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please.
