Job Details

Experience in construction safety (commercial preferred)Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance requirementsOSHA 30 certification requiredAbility to lead safety meetings and conduct training sessions effectivelyStrong communication skills—able to influence field teams and leadershipDetail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systemsAbility to travel to jobsites as neededLead jobsite safety efforts across multiple active construction projectsConduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsDevelop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans and proceduresEnsure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulationsMaintain accurate safety documentation, including OSHA logs and reporting requirementsDeliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing education for field teamsInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsPartner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate risksStop unsafe work when necessary and reinforce a culture of accountabilityAnalyze safety trends and recommend improvements to reduce incidents
