Additional job details and special considerations The Provider Services unit (formerly Operations Management Claims Administration) supports Medicaid and CHIP Services (MCS) providers with Fee-for-Service (FFS) claims management, support, and administrative appeals for both long-term care, and acute care; provider enrollment; and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). A Project Manager (PM) is needed to manage the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) Plus Credentialing project. PEMS is HHSC’s system for enrolling providers into the Medicaid program. Providers must be enrolled to deliver services to Medicaid clients and receive payment from HHSC or the Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and/or the Dental Maintenance Organizations (DMO). In addition to Medicaid enrollment, providers must also be credentialed by the MCOs and DMOs that they contract with. The credentialing process ensures providers have appropriate qualifications to provide the services they are contracting for. For example, a physician’s license would be verified through the credentialing process. This project will ensure the credentialing process is fully integrated into the PEMS application to streamline provider enrollment and reduce the number of steps providers must take to get enrolled and credentialed. The worker will serve as a Project Manager for the PEMS Plus Credentialing project and support activities as needed. The worker will manage and lead the project of integrating the credentialing application used by MCOs/DMOs into PEMS. The worker will report to governance committees on the activities of the project. The worker will identify, record, and ensure trading partners are aware of critical path dependencies, integration points and oversee testing plans. The worker will work closely with the Director of Provider Services, and the Deputy Associate Commissioner for MCS Operations Management. Our Field Project Managers spend most of their time outdoors in a hardhat rather than in a cubicle. As a key member of the stack team, this role will be responsible for a full range of duties including: Manage logistics of the project resources by organizing resources with the logistics manager and office managers prior to the field test Manage the onsite schedule and coordinate with the client plant contacts and regulatory contacts concerning scope changes Manage all daily field operational and safety aspects of the site-specific stack programs Responsible for data review and field quality control Ensure the field test team is staffed appropriately for all tasks and lead, train and mentor field team personnel YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. High School diploma or degree in related field 2+ years minimum of stack testing experience Advanced stack testing knowledge and QI credentials Intermediate knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 70% of the time or more Flexibility is a must as the position may require weekend travel or work for a few projects during the year. Job Summary

TYLin is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Aviation Engineering to lead major airport and aviation infrastructure projects across Florida. Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll do:

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of terminal, airside, and landside infrastructure at Florida’s major airports, ensuring compliance with FAA, FDOT, and local regulations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to FDOT, Florida airport authorities, airlines, and private developers, building strong relationships and securing repeat business.

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and position TYLin for success in Florida’s airport capital improvement programs (CIPs).

  • Oversee proposal preparation, negotiate contracts, and represent TYLin in client interviews and presentations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable and resilient solutions for Florida’s aviation infrastructure needs.

  • Stay engaged with industry leaders, attending conferences such as FAC, AAAE, and ACI-NA, and keeping current on emerging trends in aviation technology, sustainability, and funding strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of experience leading aviation infrastructure projects.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license OR Registered Architect (AIA) in Florida (preferred).

  • Proven ability to win work, develop new clients, and manage long-term relationships with aviation stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership on complex aviation projects.

  • Knowledge of FDOT aviation programs, Florida airport capital improvement plans (CIPs), FAA guidelines, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent negotiation, proposal development, and strategic planning skills.

  • Commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality solutions.
