Your role at Clorox:
Electro is seeking a Post- Production Supervisor to join its growing content production team. The Post Production Supervisor is a hands on creative leader responsible for managing the full post production pipeline while actively contributing to editing, motion graphics, and/or animation work. This role blends day to day creative execution with team leadership, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and brand consistency. The supervisor guides a multidisciplinary team, optimizes workflows, and steps in directly on projects when needed to maintain momentum, elevate creative output, or solve complex challenges.In this role, you will:
As a go to resource for developing content, you’ll partner with producers, creative directors, art directors, and writers to help ideate production solutions early in the process. This role will work closely with producers to find creative production solutions by turning creative concepts into producible video content. The role will also help develop the creative production strategies and solutions within the existing production team by leading the approaches to content projects.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development
Work closely with producers, creatives, and account to find producible creative solutions.
Draw/develop storyboards for shoots.
Style frames for animation projects.
Concept and design motion graphics assets for a wide range of content deliverables.
Content Creation
Pioneer new ways of working with Generative AI.
Develop virtual backgrounds for use on our Virtual Production environments in studio.
Post-Production Supervising the filming of content to cover OLV, social, digital, and experiential projects.
Post-Production: editing, animating, motion graphics, retouching, live action cleanup, VFX, CG, audio mix, finishing, file asset delivery
Ideate quick turn “Always On” content based on postproduction techniques utilizing existing assets.
Find new ways to leverage existing content from Electro shoots, products, static assets, and other agency partner content.
Post-Production Lead
Lead existing team of editors and content creators within the Clorox Production
Studio team.
Help ideate creative editorial and animation solves with editors.
Oversee postproduction workflows for finishing and delivering assets.
Develop final deliverable standards to optimize asset delivery and storage.
What we look for:
- 7+ years of content creation at a creative ad-agency, postproduction studio, or in-house content creation team.
- Experience in using and implementing Generative AI both cloud and locally.
- Experience as a post-production supervisor on shooting, directing, and editing content for marketing in a variety of formats and lengths.
- Experience working with creatives and bringing their ideas to executable forms of production.
- History of leading other content creators and helping them find creative solutions to production and postproduction.
- Ability to work with a wide range of budgets and timelines.
- Experience in understanding complicated creative feedback to find the most efficient creative solves in production and postproduction.
- A fearless collaborator who is comfortable working in a creative workshop environment.
- An impeccable eye for brand standards, design aesthetics and overall visual quality.
- Technically proficient with a desire to understand how things work. Understand technical elements with new and emerging programs and gear is a must.
- Deep knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in 3D Modeling in one of the following; AutoDesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Lightwave 3D is a plus.
- Experience in color is a plus, preferably with DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of all forms of content styles, file types and deliverable formats.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
