Pay Range: $96,110.00 - $153,777.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Assists the Department Manager with the daily operations of the Real Estate Post-Closing team and shares responsibility for department performance. Serves as a technical lead for Members, team members, and third-party vendors, ensuring compliant and timely finalization of real estate loan transactions. Oversees post-closing activities including quality control, compliance, and loan delivery to investors. Provides guidance, directs team activities, and offers performance feedback and coaching. Accountable for service quality and ongoing process improvements to enhance the Member experience. Leads the daily operations of the Real Estate Post-Closing team, providing expert guidance on complex tasks and serving as an escalation point for Member and teammember issues. Oversees all post-closing activities including Closing Disclosures, trailing documents, investor delivery, adverse action notice review and deliveryto ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Partners with Compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Conduct teammember training on relevant changes or updates. Monitors department loan pipelines and third-party vendor performance to ensure service standards, compliance guidelines, and delivery requirements are met. Drives operational improvements by identifying process gaps and barriers to team productivity, including system limitations and resource constraints. Develops and presents resolution recommendations to management and supports implementation of approved enhancements. Maintains expert-level knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Conventional loan products, and ensures teammembers are trained on relevant updates and regulatory changes. Creates and delivers standard and ad hoc reports to stakeholders, performing data analysis to support business decisions, compliance reviews, and audit responses. Oversees audit preparation and image file collection for internal and external audits. Prepares formal responses to findings and supports development of corrective action plans. Supports business continuity planning through annual testing and reporting. Promotes a positive and professional work environment, fostering collaboration and clear communication with Members, teammembers, management, and vendors. Leads the team through organizational and process changes using sound change management strategies that drive engagement, build resilience, and support successful adoption of new systems, policies, and workflows. Additional Job Functions Supervises teammembers directly, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation. Responsible for scheduling staff. Helps establish, communicate and achieve the credit union's goals and standards, ensuring these are fully communicated to and understood by all department staff. The newly established National Science Foundation (NSF)-Simons CosmicAI Institute seeks to hire a postdoctoral fellow to help initiate a new comprehensive research program to foster foundational advancements in AI through the curation, analysis, and processing of astronomical data at the NSF NOIRLab, located in Tucson, Arizona. The postdoctoral fellow will lead a project on the curation and analysis of multi-epoch time-domain training data for real-time classification algorithms in the context of alert brokers, such as ANTARES, for the Vera Rubin Observatory and its Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST). This work will be carried out in close collaboration with CosmicAI team members at various institutions, including NOIRLab (Tom Matheson), SLAC (Adam Bolton), and the University of Virginia (Maryam Modjaz). Although stationed at NSF NOIRLab, CosmicAI fellows will have full access to Institute facilities and equipment (e.g., world-class computational resources at the Texas Advanced Computing Center, including Vista, a newly instantiated 600 GPU node cluster) and routinely collaborate with Institute members across all sites to facilitate the development of cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies. The NSF-Simons AI Institute for Cosmic Origins (CosmicAI) aims to grow transformative AI advances with the overarching goal to increase the accessibility of astronomy data and knowledge for researchers, students, and the public. Summary The He Lab in the Precision Medicine Program at Midwestern University (Downers Grove) is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow to join our research program focused on chronic pain and addiction pharmacology. The anticipated start date is November 1, 2025, with an appointment duration of up to four years, renewable annually. The postdoctoral fellow will be expected to work on our project related to chronic pain and opioid pharmacology. Your responsibilities will be, including but not limited to, designing and carrying out experiments, presenting research results in oral presentations, drafting manuscripts, and mentoring graduate and professional students. The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) invites applications for one or more postdoctoral positions in high-contrast instrumentation for imaging of exoplanetary systems. We anticipate a position focused on advancing technologies for NASA's upcoming Habitable World Observatory. The three main themes are: Technology demonstration of coronagraph masks (Lead Dr. L. Pueyo). Duties will include numerical optimization of coronagraph masks, diffractive modeling of high-contrast experiments, implementing wavefront control algorithms on the high-contrast testbed, and error budgeting associated with the testbed experiments. The successful candidate will work with the STScI Makidon Optics Lab team and collaborate with ongoing experiments on coronagraph technologies at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Technology demonstration of wavefront control and post-processing algorithms (Lead Dr. R. Soummer). Duties will include numerical diffractive simulations of wavefront sensing and control for segmented apertures, implementing wavefront sensing and control algorithms on the high-contrast testbed, developing post-processing methods that utilize wavefront sensor data, and demonstrating those post-processing methods. The successful candidate will work with the STScI Makidon Optics Lab team and collaborate closely with project partners. Roman Coronagraph Community Participation Program (Lead Dr. L. Pueyo). The successful candidate will work as a member of the Roman Coronagraph Community Participation Program team. Responsibilities include characterizing CGI performance based on ground test data and optimizing possible observations during the mission's technology demonstration phase. This effort will place particular emphasis on maturing technologies relevant to the future Habitable World Observatory. The successful candidate will join STScI's ~20-person Exoplanetary Systems Imaging Group. Members of this group lead a wide range of studies lead a wide range of studies of nearby planetary systems, including exoplanets, brown dwarfs, and circumstellar disks, using data from both ground- and space-based observatories. Current efforts include the characterization of exoplanet atmospheres from 3-15 microns using JWST NIRCam and MIRI coronagraphy, development of advanced data processing methods for imaging spectroscopy with JWST's NIRSpec and MIRI IFUs, and characterization of exoplanets using VLTI/GRAVITY. Candidates interested in pursuing astronomical observations in parallel with instrumentation research should indicate so, as observational research opportunities may arise during the postdoctoral term. We also encourage postdocs to develop and lead their own related research projects through the HST, JWST, and NASA ROSES annual calls for proposals. The nominal start date will be in Summer/Fall 2026. The initial appointment will be for two years, with renewal possible for a third year, subject to satisfactory performance and continued funding. What You'll Be Doing

Assists the Department Manager with the daily operations of the Real Estate Post-Closing team and shares responsibility for department performance. Serves as a technical lead for Members, team members, and third-party vendors, ensuring compliant and timely finalization of real estate loan transactions. Oversees post-closing activities including quality control, compliance, and loan delivery to investors. Provides guidance, directs team activities, and offers performance feedback and coaching. Accountable for service quality and ongoing process improvements to enhance the Member experience.

  • Leads the daily operations of the Real Estate Post-Closing team, providing expert guidance on complex tasks and serving as an escalation point for Member and teammember issues.
  • Oversees all post-closing activities including Closing Disclosures, trailing documents, investor delivery, adverse action notice review and deliveryto ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Partners with Compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Conduct teammember training on relevant changes or updates.
  • Monitors department loan pipelines and third-party vendor performance to ensure service standards, compliance guidelines, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Drives operational improvements by identifying process gaps and barriers to team productivity, including system limitations and resource constraints. Develops and presents resolution recommendations to management and supports implementation of approved enhancements.
  • Maintains expert-level knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Conventional loan products, and ensures teammembers are trained on relevant updates and regulatory changes.
  • Creates and delivers standard and ad hoc reports to stakeholders, performing data analysis to support business decisions, compliance reviews, and audit responses.
  • Oversees audit preparation and image file collection for internal and external audits. Prepares formal responses to findings and supports development of corrective action plans.
  • Supports business continuity planning through annual testing and reporting.
