A keen eye for color and a strong understanding of editing are essential for success in this role. This is a hybrid role with the ability to work remotely but the candidate must reside in the Austin, TX metro area where our HQ and content studio are based. What you'll do: Post Production Editing images. This includes color correction, retouching, compositing, bulk editing, masking, sizing, and formatting, ensuring industry and brand best practices are met from start to finish. Coordinate asset flow from the photo studio and partners, ensuring that assets are received, organized, and prioritized according to production schedules. Conducting visual evaluations of color accuracy and product consistency from studio and lifestyle, to on-model photography. Ensure photo assets are delivered on time and meet naming standards, file formats, and quality specifications. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, wholesale) to ensure that image statuses are clear. Experience we're looking for: 2-4 years of proven success in post-production, photo editing, or similar creative roles. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field. Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop (clipping paths, compositing, retouching, color correction, curves, layers, and treatments). Experience with Google Workspace and Dropbox. Familiarity with DAM systems, asset workflows, and metadata management. Project management experience is a plus, including vendor coordination. Tecovas is looking for a Contract Post Production Coordinator/ Editor to provide an essential end-to-end post-production function for a medium volume of digital assets, ensuring all images meet the highest quality, color accuracy, and consistency standards. Whether editing directly or working with external resources. This contractor will coordinate workflows, and collaborate closely with the production team to execute image management. A keen eye for color and a strong understanding of editing are essential for success in this role.

This is a hybrid role with the ability to work remotely but the candidate must reside in the Austin, TX metro area where our HQ and content studio are based.

What you'll do:

Post Production

  • Editing images. This includes color correction, retouching, compositing, bulk editing, masking, sizing, and formatting, ensuring industry and brand best practices are met from start to finish.
  • Coordinate asset flow from the photo studio and partners, ensuring that assets are received, organized, and prioritized according to production schedules.
  • Conducting visual evaluations of color accuracy and product consistency from studio and lifestyle, to on-model photography.
  • Ensure photo assets are delivered on time and meet naming standards, file formats, and quality specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, wholesale) to ensure that image statuses are clear.

Experience we're looking for:

  • 2-4 years of proven success in post-production, photo editing, or similar creative roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop (clipping paths, compositing, retouching, color correction, curves, layers, and treatments).
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Dropbox.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems, asset workflows, and metadata management.
  • Project management experience is a plus, including vendor coordination.
