Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Days in Office: 5 Availability: reachable after hours if anything time sensitive arises Role Expectations: Executive Assistant Support four C-level executives Support is expected to include calendar management, travel arrangements, lunch ordering, etc. Set up expectation meetings with each C-level to determine what type of support suits them best Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, etc. Office Manager Office Operations Management: Ensure that all aspects of office operations are running efficiently, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management. Resource Management: Manage office resources, including maintaining inventory of office supplies, equipment, and arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary. Budget and Expense Management: Monitor and manage the office’s budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient use of resources. Facility Management: Oversee the physical office environment, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and that the space is conducive to work. Technology and Systems: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office technologies (e.g., printers, computers), and ensure that systems are functional. This list is not meant to be all-encompassing as there will be ad-hoc projects that come up as needed Compensation: This position offers compensation of $25-$40 per hour. Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team on a temporary basis (~4 months) to cover for a maternity leave.

 

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Days in Office: 5

Availability: reachable after hours if anything time sensitive arises

 

Role Expectations:

  • Executive Assistant
    • Support four C-level executives
      • Support is expected to include calendar management, travel arrangements, lunch ordering, etc.
      • Set up expectation meetings with each C-level to determine what type of support suits them best
    • Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, etc.
  • Office Manager
    • Office Operations Management: Ensure that all aspects of office operations are running efficiently, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
    • Resource Management: Manage office resources, including maintaining inventory of office supplies, equipment, and arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary.
    • Budget and Expense Management: Monitor and manage the office’s budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient use of resources.
    • Facility Management: Oversee the physical office environment, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and that the space is conducive to work.
    • Technology and Systems: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of office technologies (e.g., printers, computers), and ensure that systems are functional.
