The fellow will conduct psychotherapy consultations for patients identified as high risk for suicide and, when applicable, follow their care across multiple levels on the continuum of care at McLean.Fellows also have the opportunity to supervise junior trainees and to participate in multidisciplinary treatment team rounds, clinical seminars, case conferences, and a rich variety of Grand Rounds lectures, colloquium, and other learning opportunities offered to the wider McLean Hospital community.Prior to the fellowship, trainees must complete all requirements for their doctoral degree, confirmed by either a letter from their department chair or an official school transcript.

EXPERIENCE: Open to highly motivated candidates with a relevant background.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Assistance in guiding research technicians and trainees in the lab is expected.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work will be performed in a fast-paced research laboratory environment, requiring teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility. Must be able to work independently.
