Use supplies and equipment in a safe manner by following the user manual instructions. Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas in a safe, sanitary, clean and orderly manner. Notify the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing immediately regarding resident safety issues or concerns. Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies are needing replenished. Excellent customer skills and positive attitude. Excellent time management skills. The Senior Manager, Clinical Product Quality will plan and lead initiatives around Post-Market Quality Assurance, specifically Complaint Handling, assuring appropriate investigation and documentation of product complaints, including reporting of events to regulatory Agencies. Qualification Education and/or Experience Minimum requirement to perform the essential functions of this position is a High School Diploma or a GED. Experience working in a long term care facility preferred. Language Skills Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals and directions. Mathematical Skills Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Fluent in written and spoken English.
