This position is responsible for the development of projects with moderate complexity or working on complex projects in cooperation with more experienced personnel.

The incumbent seeks solutions to technical problems, conducts work on assigned tasks & exhibits an entry type level of knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of new concepts.

  • Lead implementation of new technology with current department.

  • Translate product needs to experimental data or design parameters.

  • Contribute to manufacture of quality products & processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred

Experience:

  • 4 + years experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering & maintenance associates to achieve cost effective goals.

  • Equipment design experience & project engineering or plant management is preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in statistical design & analysis; cause & effect analysis & risk analysis.

  • Ability to carry out assignments in a logical fashion using existing technology & standardized methods.

  • Basic organization, communication & experimentation discipline.

  • Practical understanding of science & technology in the appropriate discipline.
