About the Role:

As an Electrical Engineer II you will provide engineering design and analysis for nuclear products and projects.

You will report to the Manager, Large Project Electrical Systems & Equipment and be located in Cranberry Township, PA. You will be hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use intermediate knowledge obtained from previous applicable experience and core college courses.
  • Work with Software Packages such as ETAP, Mathcad, Maximo, or similar.
  • Provide engineering design and analysis for nuclear products/projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring.
  • Work with other internal departments on similar engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements.
  • Use standards, techniques, procedures, and criteria for development of engineering design documents including technical evaluations, obsolete parts equivalencies, calculations, and specifications necessary to support operating plants.
  • Work with other internal departments on similar engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.
  • Work with client and site personnel to resolve issues germane to project success.
  • Plan and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of power plant systems and equipment
  • Experience with power projects
  • Experience developing procurement specifications for various electrical commodities and reviewing proposals

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $86,500 per year. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
