  • Hands-on PCB assembly and prototyping skills, including:

  • Operation of a PCB router.

  • Use of manual or semi-automated pick-and-place equipment.

  • Working knowledge of PCB layout and manufacturing deliverables, including Gerbers, bills of materials, and pick-and-place files.

  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving design gaps.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
