Five (5) Electrical SMEs will be assigned to rotating shifts, ensuring continuous coverage and expert oversight 24/7/365. Each SME will work alongside the contracted Critical Infrastructure Operators, Mechanical Systems SMEs, Hybrid Space (Liquid Cooling) Infrastructure SMEs, and Energy Station SMEs, providing real-time technical guidance, operational oversight, and training. Participate in root cause analyses following electrical events or system disruptions. Support commissioning, acceptance testing, and equipment start-up activities. Mentor and train contracted operators and maintenance personnel in electrical safety, system operation, and procedure execution. Participate in developing and refining operating procedures, LOTO plans, and performing technical reviews. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. Read, interpret, and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals . Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, PM completion, and parts usage in the maintenance tracking system. Collaborate with production operators, engineers, supervisors, and fellow maintenance technicians to improve equipment reliability and performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives , equipment upgrades, and process enhancements focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical safety standards at all times. Competencies & Skills Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision . JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise & coordinate workload for the electrical department while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met and providing technical assistance when necessary; ensures proper execution of scheduled electrical work as directed by production manager.

  •  Review engineering prints and bill-of-materials [BOM] & communicate with production manager, project manager, and engineering regarding any electrical issues or concerns 
  •  Coordinate with warehouse shipping & receiving managers for material kits and customer furnished equipment [CFE] for project related material 
  • Inspect all electrical projects on the floor for precision, speed, and efficiency 
  •  Ensure all team members have the correct parts, tools, and materials to complete daily assigned tasks 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that arise on projects 
  • Maintain skid status report daily 
  • Align new team members with crew leads for electrical processes and procedures 
  • Coach team members in areas of performance, attendance, and safety  Performs other duties as assigned 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Experience:  5+ years of supervisory experience in the electrical field. 2+ years of electrical installation and repair experience. 
Education: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent. Electrical training from tech school.
