We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Service Technician to diagnosis, repair and install commercial systems. Extensive experience in the electrical field, possess in-depth knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, be capable of working independently and with a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Systems knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge of commercial electrical systems including wiring, transformers, and control circuits.
  • Code Compliance & Safety: Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA regulations
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Ability to identify and repair electrical failures efficiently.
  • Trade Knowledge: Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical panels, lighting, motors, and control systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the commercial electrical service industry.
  • Class II electrical license required
  • Strong technical skills in commercial electrical control wiring, lighting systems, motors and transformers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Be proficient and able to repair, install and maintain control circuits and motors, three phase: 480V, 240V, and single-phase volts: 120 volts
  • Blueprints & Schematics Reading: Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics accuracy
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs.), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems a plus.
  • Experience working in the grocery store environment.
