Job Description
The Electrical Project Manager- New York, New York will oversee and manage a portfolio of electrical projects for new construction mixed use and residential builds across New York, New York. This role requires a strong understanding of project management and electrical systems to ensure successful project completion - and also offers a strong level of autonomy. The Electrical Project Manager- New York, New York will be a leader within the team.

Our client is a large electrical contractor that works with a top group of General Contractors across New York, New York. Our client is reputable, and has a great relationship with GCs that are consistently building some of the most impressive new construction buildings across New York, New York. The Electrical Project Manager- New York, New York will be able to own projects from day one, and will have full autonomy.
Description
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any project challenges or changes.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
