• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols

What You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder Hookup Operator Role:

• High school diploma, vocational school graduate, or equivalent
• General knowledge of coil?winding operations, insulating procedures, and materials
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical specifications
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to the North Mankato area
• Ability to pass applicable pre?employment screenings
