This international, permanent position is available immediately and offers the opportunity to work on innovative mobile machinery projects. The engineer will collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, and test engineers to meet project goals, while also engaging with external suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to bring products into production. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues for both new and existing products, ensuring smooth transitions from design to deployment. Occasional travel is required for this position. Responsibilities This role includes the design of parts and simple assemblies within defined boundary conditions, as well as the creation of electrical schematics and harnesses. The engineer will be responsible for specifying hardware and software to control trucks, incorporating all safety features and accessories. Additional duties include creating drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) in accordance with company standards, supporting prototype and field test equipment during construction and commissioning, and coordinating development tasks with suppliers. The engineer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Hands-on experience with cradle-to-production design and testing of electrical systems (0–3 years preferred) Experience in mobile machine design is a plus Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, programmable load, etc.).
