JOB SUMMARY : Electrical Superintendents coordinate and manage teams of electricians. Their responsibilities are assigning tasks, training staff, assuring quality, implementing safety procedures, making inspections and solving technical problems. Aside from solid expertise and experience in the field JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of electricians, carpenters, labors and operators, managing underground and surface electrical crews and provided daily work task instructions/schedule to ensure equipment and materials were installed per design. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met following safety rules and notifying when a safety hazard is observed. Read specifications such as blueprints to determine construction requirements and to plan procedures such as estimating and ordering material, evaluating and assigning employees requirements to complete specific job. Confer with managerial and technical personnel, other departments, and contractors in order to resolve problems and to coordinate activities. Record information such as personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms and reports. Prepare sketches or follow blueprints, plans layouts, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, determining the location based on job specifications and local codes using hand tools and power tools. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of commercial Construction Superintendent experience overseeing construction projects budgeted from $500K-10 million plus. Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills. Ability to establish and maintain rapports and interact with various levels of professionals. Good communication skills written and spoken English, preferably bilingual or some Spanish language knowledge. Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize workload developing specific goals and plans High standard of integrity and professionalism. Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, and standards. Able to travel and work in the different Aireko office locations as required. Demonstrated experience working with MS Project & Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. What You’ll Do The Staff Hardware Electronics Test Engineer position will be a part of the R&D team focused on the next generation of robotic products for Telos Health changing the future of healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience working in cross-functional teams, demonstrate expertise in electrical engineering, be able to work independently to resolve difficult technical problems, and have excellent communication skills to communicate broadly across engineering teams. You will be expected to design and develop Printed Circuit Board Assembly production test hardware, contribute to design control documentation including test protocol development, risk analysis, and implement electrical safety design and documentation that complies with regulatory requirements of the FDA, UL and TUV (specifically those related to IEC, EMC, CISPR, etc). What You’ll Bring: Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 5 years of electronic circuit design and test engineering experience. Proficient in Altium Designer or an equivalent schematic capture and PCB layout tool. Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting of sophisticated systems to include component level electronic issues, EMI/EMC/ESD mitigation, and noise identificantion and suppression. Demonstrated experience of design, test and solving for medical safety and IEC EMC standards, such as IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2, IEC61000-4-6 or equivalent, for complex medical systems. Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Electrical Superintendents coordinate and manage teams of electricians. Their responsibilities are assigning tasks, training staff, assuring quality, implementing safety procedures, making inspections and solving technical problems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of electricians, carpenters, labors and operators, managing underground and surface electrical crews and provided daily work task instructions/schedule to ensure equipment and materials were installed per design.
  2. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met following safety rules and notifying when a safety hazard is observed.
  3. Read specifications such as blueprints to determine construction requirements and to plan procedures such as estimating and ordering material, evaluating and assigning employees requirements to complete specific job. 
  4. Confer with managerial and technical personnel, other departments, and contractors in order to resolve problems and to coordinate activities.
  5. Record information such as personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms and reports.
  6. Prepare sketches or follow blueprints, plans layouts, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, determining the location based on job specifications and local codes using hand tools and power tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial Construction Superintendent experience overseeing construction projects budgeted from $500K-10 million plus.
  • Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills. Ability to establish and maintain rapports and interact with various levels of professionals. Good communication skills written and spoken English, preferably bilingual or some Spanish language knowledge.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize workload developing specific goals and plans
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism. Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Able to travel and work in the different Aireko office locations as required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with MS Project & Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
