This role offers full lifecycle engineering exposure—from proposal and feasibility through design, verification, production, and post-delivery support.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will: Lead detailed circuit architecture, design, and development for advanced power electronics systems Perform worst-case circuit analysis, simulations, and validation Oversee PCB layout design to ensure performance, manufacturability, and reliability Conduct initial power-up of new circuit board designs and perform integration testing Execute verification, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting activities Support production teams to ensure successful hardware delivery and quality standards Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, software, systems, test, and program management teams Provide technical leadership and mentorship to early-career engineers Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience OR Graduate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR 13+ years of related professional experience in lieu of a degree Technical ExpertisePower Electronics & Circuit Design DC-to-DC converter design and power converter development Analog, digital, mixed-signal, and high-voltage circuit design Power system architecture and hardware development Simulation & Design Tools LTspice, PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent simulation tools PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent Testing & Debugging Hands-on use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, electronic loads, and laboratory test equipment Circuit board bring-up, integration, and troubleshooting Root cause analysis and technical problem resolution What Makes You Successful in This Role Strong analytical mindset with deep problem-solving capabilities Ability to translate complex design concepts into functional, production-ready hardware Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable explaining technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven leadership experience guiding engineers and influencing cross-functional teams Work Environment & Flexibility Primary work location: Redmond, WA or Canoga Park, CA Onsite role with limited remote flexibility as needed U.S. Citizenship preferred; dual citizenship subject to compliance review Why Apply?
