Promote "One RESA" offerings from other business units to grow synergies. Work with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Perform site visits and job walk throughs to ensure profitable quoting. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong service knowledge of multiple brand electrical equipment services sold in division. Knowledge of various industry standards such as: NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA. W e are l ooking for the right individual to join our team as an Electrical Assembly Technician with an emphasis on assembling and installing all electrical components of our equipment, such as wire harnesses and control boxes, according to documented prints and wire schematics. 2nd Shift: 4x10 Monday- Thursday from 3pm- 130am with overtime available. Some flexibility available upon prior agreement with manager. Starting wage range $16-$2 4 hourly , plus $3 shift differential for 2nd shift ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Build wire harnesses by cutting wires to specified length according to print, and installing and soldering terminals per assembly drawings. May be involved in design analysis for new or existing designs, including stress and tolerance analyses of circuits. Assist with prototyping and board bring up of prototypes, including debug work. Work with electrical, mechanical, and software team members to support development activities. Participate in design and document reviews. Job Description

Position Summary

Outsides Sales Professional will develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients within all core RESA offerings. The position will Identify growth opportunities and will develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase sales within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Grow customer base/achieve and/or exceed (personal and company) sales goals monthly.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities; Call on current, future, and past customers.
  • Apply industry knowledge to offer technical / practical options to both internal and external customers; Provide consultation to customers regarding electrical solution needs.
  • Develop relationships and target contractors to win six digit acceptance testing projects.
  • Develop and win opportunities on remanufactured and reconditioned power distribution and control products. (i.e. Switchgear, HV/LV Breakers)
  • Develop and implement trade area sales strategy in conjunction with VP/GM and business unit leaders; Attend/support applicable customer events, trade shows.
  • Create and maintain positive relations with vendors, internal business unit leaders and strategic business partners; utilize contacts to ensure our customers are getting the best value and support.
  • Promote "One RESA" offerings from other business units to grow synergies.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform site visits and job walk throughs to ensure profitable quoting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong service knowledge of multiple brand electrical equipment services sold in division.
  • Knowledge of various industry standards such as: NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA.
  • Proven Sales experience-creating opportunities, creating and closing sales, excellent customer relations.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of the competitive power industry markets and utilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate focus towards business growth and opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and internal stakeholders.
  • For positions that utilize a company vehicle, you will be required to have a valid driver's license.

Additional Information:

Job: Full-Time

Location: Cerritos, CA - Los Angeles, CA

Travel: Up to 25% travel.

Relocation: Relocation assistance available for highly qualified candidates.

Compensation: $90-160k annually (depending on experience) plus commission.

Benefits: Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, anniversary bonuses, Employee Ownership Plan, matching 401k, and paid time off.
