Job Summary: The Electrical Engineering Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of design engineers who design and engineer electrical systems and integration. As an Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you will: Manage an electrical engineering team and interface with the customer regarding program status, reports and issues Develop and implement processes that deliver quality and timely product Direct the completion of new programs that achieve budget and schedule requirements Develop wire harness architecture, routing, physical schematics and power distribution for electrical system requirements Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and technical support to team members Assign and define circuit options, harness in-lines and connector numbers to the system logical schematics Define and select fuse, wire, and terminal sizing based on application requirements Lead electrical system compatibility reviews and sign-off wire harness prints Integrate wire harnesses, connectors, sensors, switches, and electrical components into overall vehicle architecture Manage logical design data and perform design rule checks Identify and mitigate major electrical system failure modes and effects Act as a liaison with the program team, CAE analysis group, suppliers, and assembly plant for all design responsible parts To be considered as an Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you will need: U.S Citizen allowing for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field. Position Summary: The Electrical HB Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the electrical and control systems within, and in support of, the hardboard facility. This position supervises the facility's electricians to ensure the team's work on electrical, instrument, and computer systems supports optimal operations. This individual must have a current Oregon Journeyman Electrical License. Duties/Responsibilities: Comply with safety standards at all times and correct/report any observed safety hazards. Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems occurring during manufacturing processes. Supervise the installation, service, repair, and replacement of electrical systems, motors, and electrical control devices. Supervise the operation of PLCs, HMIs, and network communications to optimize operations. Monitor the operation of electrical equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities for improving systems. Ensure the work of the electrical team is in accordance with relevant codes. Train, develop, support, and oversee electrical apprentices to ensure successful achievement of earning electrical license. Responsible for the verification of the proper completion of work performed by electrical apprentices. Job Summary: The Project Electrical Engineer works with the team in the development and completion of engineering projects focused in the municipal water and wastewater field. Typical projects will include water and wastewater treatment plants, wastewater pump stations, booster pump stations, or similar related municipal utility infrastructure. The Project Electrical Engineer will coordinate with the project manager, completing tasks within a specified budget and schedule. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE: Provides technical and design services in support of power systems design of municipal water and wastewater facilities as part of a multi-discipline project team. Directs and conducts technical evaluations of electrical equipment/systems, control systems, and prepare design computations and assessments. Responsible for completing electrical engineering design tasks within budget and on schedule. Communicates and coordinates technical evaluations and designs, technical writing of reports and correspondence with other discipline professionals, especially Instrumentation and Controls interfacing, as well as with a Project Manager and representatives of the client organization to complete work efficiently. Stays current with Local, State & Federal Design Standards and Regulations. As the Electrical Engineer-of-Record (EoR), provides support to Construction Administrator during construction including shop drawing review, requests for information (RFIs), O&M documents, training, and record drawings. Attends design and construction project meetings and interacts with the client and contractors to complete design and construction. WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. NC PE License or ability to acquire quickly. 6+ years of relevant experience. Experience in standard and alternative delivery methods, such as design build. High technical ability, interested in technology and staying current in his field. Good ability to communicate and a self-starter. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit software. Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineering Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of design engineers who design and engineer electrical systems and integration.

As an Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage an electrical engineering team and interface with the customer regarding program status, reports and issues
  • Develop and implement processes that deliver quality and timely product
  • Direct the completion of new programs that achieve budget and schedule requirements
  • Develop wire harness architecture, routing, physical schematics and power distribution for electrical system requirements
  • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and technical support to team members
  • Assign and define circuit options, harness in-lines and connector numbers to the system logical schematics
  • Define and select fuse, wire, and terminal sizing based on application requirements
  • Lead electrical system compatibility reviews and sign-off wire harness prints
  • Integrate wire harnesses, connectors, sensors, switches, and electrical components into overall vehicle architecture
  • Manage logical design data and perform design rule checks
  • Identify and mitigate major electrical system failure modes and effects
  • Act as a liaison with the program team, CAE analysis group, suppliers, and assembly plant for all design responsible parts

To be considered as an Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you will need:

  • U.S Citizen allowing for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in vehicle electrical systems, electrical controls, and wire packaging
  • Experience mentoring and leading others
  • Experience conducting presentations and management reviews
  • Knowledge of Controller Area Network (CAN) bus protocol
  • Knowledge of wire harness design tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to deliver quality products
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A successful candidate may also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with development and maintenance of Design Verification Plan & Reports/ Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DVP&Rs / FMEAs)
  • Knowledge of Mentor Graphics and Zuken
  • Defense experience
  • Ability to obtain US government security clearance
