As an onsite project leader, this role ensures successful project completion by supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous Electrician experience and proficient in the installation of complex electrical systems.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience and leading crews.
  • Knowledge of building construction methods, NEC electrical code, permit requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Competence in reading and following blueprints and electrical schematics - electronic print reading strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed throughout Middle Tennessee.
