Knowledgeable in AC/DC power distribution, protection systems, and 3‑phase industrial power (U.S. and EU standards). Skilled in cable harness design, interconnect solutions, and system wiring. Experienced with power electronics, motors, motor control, and sensors (Hall effect, encoders, load cells). About this role:

Pickle Robot Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of electrical systems for our next-generation industrial robotic products. You will own system‑level electrical architecture, guide cross‑functional engineering efforts, and support the transition from prototype to production.   • Knowledgeable in AC/DC power distribution, protection systems, and 3‑phase industrial power (U.S. and EU standards).
  • Skilled in cable harness design, interconnect solutions, and system wiring.
  • Experienced with power electronics, motors, motor control, and sensors (Hall effect, encoders, load cells).
  • Proficient in PCB design, schematic layout, and assembly; experienced with Altium or equivalent tools.
  • Familiar with CAD tools such as OnShape (a plus).
  • Knowledgeable about autonomous mobile robots and industrial robot safety standards.
  • A strong communicator who can lead, influence, and coordinate across engineering disciplines.
  • Able to work from our Charlestown, MA office at least 4 days per week.

$150,000 - $173,000 a year
