Job description: Florence, Kentucky Rotating 12 hour shifts Hours 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am Job Responsibilities Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot electrical issues involving low voltage, high voltage, sensors, distributed control systems (DCS), and CNC machinery. Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation devices such as Calypso systems. Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical components to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance. Use precision measuring instruments like ohmmeters for diagnostics and calibration tasks. More Job Responsibilities: Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical background. Knowledge of hydraulics, sensors, vision inspection systems, CNC machinery, and high-voltage electrical systems. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and Calypso software is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment integration is preferred. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, AutoCAD drawings, and technical manuals accurately.
