Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor The E&I Supervisor works closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and operations. The position reports directly to the Sr. Maintenance Manager located in McArthur, Ohio. Responsibilities and Duties Supervise, coach, and develop a team of E&I Technicians. Assign daily work, manage priorities, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively. Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting complex electrical, instrumentation, and controls issues. Conduct performance reviews, support training plans, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate overtime, call-ins, shift coverage, and contractor support when needed. Education and Experience 5+ years industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation roles, with demonstrated troubleshooting capability. Strong understanding of PLCs, VFDs, robotics, sensors, transmitters, control loops, and industrial power distribution. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation. Prior leadership experience, or proven ability to lead teams in a working lead or senior technician role. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities CMMS experience Strong leadership and communication skills High level of technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems. Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality work, and team development. Work Environment This position requires no travel. Time will be spent in all areas of the plant, both indoors and outdoors, in all-weather elements.
