Technical Requirements: o Coordinate and execute repairs on all indoor and outdoor electrical systems. o Perform maintenance repair and troubleshooting for electrical systems and apparatus. o Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance inspections and repairs in all facilities. o Coordinate and execute repair power to all Main Power Distribution Systems and Panel Boards o Coordinate and execute repair on all outdoor facility lighting including signs, parking areas and security lighting. o Installation and or repair of electrical services for construction projects such as labs, power upgrades, electrical equipment upgrades, office spaces, parking lots, outdoor lighting others. o Respond to emergency power failures and emergency back-up systems. o Monitor and test various electrical systems. o Coordinate and execute repairs on electrical systems for chillers, HVAC, pumps, generators, etc. o Coordinate and execute repairs on line voltage of equipment including freezers, refrigerators, computer stations, cubicles, booster heaters, disposals, heat pumps and others. o Locate electrical underground wiring for various projects. o Coordinate and execute repair to line voltage for all HVAC systems. o Understand state and local building codes, and know OSHA, Environmental Protection Agency, and other electrical regulations o Heavy lifting over 50 pounds, climbing ladders, enclosed spaces, etc. o Perform other job-related duties as assigned o Special Skills: o Familiar with all areas of the national electrical code. o Good communication skills. o Capable of analyzing and solving problems with various electrical controls and systems. o Additional Responsibilities o Monitor and record average readings at each facility main electrical switchgear. o Provide labor to replace damaged electrical switches and receptacles. o Troubleshoot blown circuit breakers and fuses. o Adhere to established electrical work order preventive maintenance schedules. o Replace lamps and ballast as required. o Perform other facility related tasks as required. Fire Alarm System Inspection and Test o Perform quarterly test and inspection of all fire alarm panels with outsourced vendor. o Supervise and coordinate the work of the fire alarm test and repair contractors. Uninterruptible Power Systems o Monitor and record input and output amps, frequency A/C and D/C voltage readings on a daily basis. o Visual inspection of area. o Monitor temperature and humidity of room. o Report any changes. You will work in close coordination with Product Engineering, Supply Chain and Production and Suppliers to execute effective, creative and smart supply chain strategies to achieve production goals. To succeed, you will need to effectively team with Suppliers, Product Engineers, Supply Chain and Production Teams across a product’s life cycle to ensure an uninterrupted, on time supply of PCB / PCBAs to Biofire’s production line. You’ll also need to be comfortable task-switching between an SIE role for products in a New Product Introduction (NPI) phase and an SQE role for products in a production state. o Coordinate and execute repair to line voltage for all HVAC systems.

o Understand state and local building codes, and know OSHA, Environmental Protection Agency, and other electrical regulations

o Heavy lifting over 50 pounds, climbing ladders, enclosed spaces, etc.

o Perform other job-related duties as assigned

o Special Skills:

o Familiar with all areas of the national electrical code.

o Supervise and coordinate the work of the fire alarm test and repair contractors.

Uninterruptible Power Systems

o Monitor and record input and output amps, frequency A/C and D/C voltage readings on a daily basis.

o Visual inspection of area.

o Monitor temperature and humidity of room.

o Report any changes.
