You will conduct audits and inspections, authorize work permits, support maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities while fostering strong engagement and performance within your team.

  • Help shape the maintenance budget for your area and make smart decisions that drive efficiency.

  • Champion internal work standards to keep quality and safety at the forefront.

  • Lead your team with clear direction and constructive feedback so everyone knows their role and goals.

  • Coach and develop talent, addressing performance issues and helping employees grow their careers at Mosaic.

  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance plans to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Own the weekly maintenance workflow schedule and ensure everything stays on track.

What you'll need:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Journeyperson Electrician or related certification

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
