Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates
  • Prepare detailed take-offs and material quantities for bidding purposes
  • Learn and use ACCUBID/TRIMBLE estimating software for creating cost estimates
  • Research and gather pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Utilize CRM (contact relationship software) to track and manage estimates
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes, such as NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction team to develop comprehensive project proposals

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in electrical construction or service industry or similar degree.
