POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a resilient, high-energy, experienced Sr. Electrical Technician who will primarily be responsible for the assembly and test of electrical hardware form the developmental stages through flight for the Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV) Program. This position interfaces with employees and government agencies. This position reports to the AxEVA Production Lead. This role is onsite and will be based at our Gemini facility located in Webster, TX. Employment in this role is contingent on Astrolab/Axiom being selected as a winner of NASA’s LTVS contract. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble, test, and integrate prototype, qualification, and space-rated avionics hardware. Fabricate avionics wire harnesses, terminations, connectors, pin and socket assemblies, harness shields, ground terminations, and related components per drawings. Responsible for reading and understanding electrical drawings and diagrams of avionics systems, assemblies, and wiring layouts . Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership. Implement and maintain agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a resilient, high-energy, experienced Sr. Electrical Technician who will primarily be responsible for the assembly and test of electrical hardware form the developmental stages through flight for the Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV) Program. This position interfaces with employees and government agencies.  This position reports to the AxEVA Production Lead. This role is onsite and will be based at our Gemini facility located in Webster, TX.

Employment in this role is contingent on Astrolab/Axiom being selected as a winner of NASA’s LTVS contract.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble, test, and integrate prototype, qualification, and space-rated avionics hardware.

  • Fabricate avionics wire harnesses, terminations, connectors, pin and socket assemblies, harness shields, ground terminations, and related components per drawings.

  • Responsible for reading and understanding electrical drawings and diagrams of avionics systems, assemblies, and wiring layouts.

  • Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Implement and maintain agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Perform additional job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
