Requirements: 5+ years of electrical construction experience as a Foreman on Commercial New Construction projects is required. A Journeyman's or Master's license is a significant plus. OSHA-10 Certification is required. Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record. Expert knowledge and active enforcement of the NEC code book. Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email. Strong drive to do the job right the first time and a commitment to continuous growth in the trade. An Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required. What Can We Do for You? Earn $27.00 - $35.00 per hour, with consistent overtime (OT) opportunities. All projects are local, within 1 to 1.5 hours from Lititz, PA, meaning no overnights or out-of-town assignments. Raise, lower or position equipment tools and materials using hoist hand line or block and tackle. Inform journeyman of material needs. Maintain tools and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order. Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment. Thread conduit ends, connect couplings and fabricate and secure conduit support brackets using hand tools. Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings, using hand and power tools. Clean work area and tools. Competencies: AP1 : Must be able to interpret and follow the National Electric Code and comply with state and local building codes. Electrical Engineer III Your Roles/Responsibilities: Perform detailed electrical design and development for Acutronic product lines, including Actuation Systems, Turbo Generators, Power Generation, Conversion, and Distribution, and Micro-thrust Turbines. Support proposal efforts in aerospace, including assessing customer requirements, creating requirements compliance matrix, generating engineering models with analysis, estimating costs, and developing project schedules. Develop detailed system performance models using MATLAB/SIMULINK (or equivalent) Allocate system requirements to components and subsystems. Design and develop electronic hardware cradle to grave, including component selection, schematic capture, simulation, PCB/A layout, and all supporting analyses: Brushless DC Motor control (Trap, FOC) using Real-time MCU/DSP technology Power electronics for motor control, active rectification, DC-DC conversion, and distribution Integration of various sensors used in closed loop control systems (resolver, VDT, pressure, current, HED) Analog front end conditioning for various sensors Perform validation and verification of product requirements.   • Serve as a working Foreman, leading commercial and residential new construction job sites.

  • Expertly install wiring and electrical equipment through each stage of construction, from rough-ins to finish-outs.

  • Read and understand architectural prints and utilize thorough knowledge of NEC code requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with different leveled electricians, foremen, and other trades in a team-oriented environment.

  • Utilize clear, professional communication with general contractors, internal trades, and team members.

  • A Journeyman's or Master's license is a significant plus.

  • Expert knowledge and active enforcement of the NEC code book.

  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email.

  • Strong drive to do the job right the first time and a commitment to continuous growth in the trade.

  • An Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
