The role demands an individual who is highly skilled at managing complex IT systems while meeting the dynamic and high-tempo needs of USSOUTHCOM’s mission requirements. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead and manage the delivery and employment of C5IM capabilities in direct support of USSOUTHCOM’s Campaign Plan, crisis response, contingency operations, exercises, and other strategic operations. · · Ensure that all IT systems and processes are outcome-driven and fully aligned with USSOUTHCOM's operational and strategic goals, delivering a decisive information advantage and a fully mission-capable environment. · · Employ highly effective IT management processes that are efficient, scalable, and agile, allowing for rapid adaptation to USSOUTHCOM’s evolving operational needs. · · Drive collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of resources, capabilities, and mission objectives. · · Provide guidance and leadership across project teams to ensure effective deployment of resources, deliverables, and milestones within scope, schedule, and budget. · · Continuously monitor program performance to ensure optimal outcomes, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively. · · Oversee the management of critical resources, ensuring the right level of staffing, expertise, and technology is available to support mission success. · · Lead regular program reviews and provide comprehensive status reports to senior leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and required adjustments to ensure continued program success. · · Support the development and implementation of operational plans, while ensuring that all systems and procedures are designed to move efficiently at the speed and scale necessary to support USSOUTHCOM’s diverse and critical missions.
