Overview
Job Description
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, and Product teams to drive the commercial success of strategic products and high-priority initiatives.
- Lead complex programs with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, while operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. 3
- Enable Sales leaders and stakeholders to understand broader business impacts, identify cross-functional dependencies, and drive informed decision-making.
- Foster alignment across Sales, GTM, and Product organizations through clear communication, effective stakeholder engagement, and structured change management practices.
- Coordinate closely with Enterprise GTM and Product teams to maximize customer value and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource planning, timelines, dependency management, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
- Drive collaboration across global, cross-functional teams to execute programs efficiently across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Establish and lead key program operations rhythms, including planning sessions, business reviews, retrospectives, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with other program managers to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes and operations frameworks as the GTM organization evolves.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships, influence a cross-functional leadership team, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify, assess, and manage execution risks and tradeoffs associated with complex product launches and strategic GTM initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy roles, ideally within large-scale, global organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive mindset, strong adaptability, resilience, and the ability to operation with urgency and strategic clarity.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives to lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and advising senior leaders on content, communication, and decision-making.
- Expertise in establishing operational cadences and processes, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and delivery.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making skills in a fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and influence senior executives.
- Proven ability to identify organizational challenges, develop scalable solutions, and drive operational effectiveness across teams.
- Skilled facilitator with experience leading cross-functional workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
- Strong project and program management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and optimize business outcomes.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, including experience delivering internal communications across global organizations.
