In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure project execution and alignment with objectives
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
  • Define and drive the overall product vision, aligning engineering efforts with market needs and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions

  • Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
  • Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
  • Identify staffing needs adaptable to changing project needs and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cloud-native architecture
  • Domain experience in Telecom and Voice solutions
  • Scale and enhance the AI Containment offering and team skills
