The Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.

1- Generation of in-process test procedures/data sheets fir PCA's, modules and top-level system testing.

2- Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.

3- Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation:

  • Parts/Material/Process program requirements
  • Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.

4- Generation of engineering required documentation:

  • Failure reports ( if required)
  • Discrepant Material Report (DMR)
  • Recovery Test Plans.
  • Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates.
  • End Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance.
