The goal of the larger Supply organization is to help sellers reduce their management costs and maximize sales revenue by providing both process automation and simple, yet blazing-fast, experiences for their ticket lifecycle. While largely front-end-focused, the team does maintain ownership at multiple levels in our technology stack. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of engineering experience, including technical ownership of production systems and business-critical software. 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams. Strong technical background in backend, infrastructure, APIs, or data systems (Java, C++, Python, or similar). Proven ability to drive execution, define clear success metrics, and solve complex problems with data and rigor. Position Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our blockchain engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions for digital assets, tokenization, and decentralized finance (DeFi). This role combines deep technical expertise in blockchain systems with strong leadership to deliver enterprise-grade products for global markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of blockchain engineers, smart contract developers, and backend/frontend developers. Define the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services. Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations. Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define technical requirements. Evaluate and integrate blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, Canton, etc.) based on product needs. Manage the release lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability. Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving regulatory frameworks in digital assets. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in blockchain and tokenization. 5+ years in an engineering leadership role managing distributed teams. Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives. Experience with Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar languages for blockchain development. Familiarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing. Understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1400, etc.) and on/off-chain settlement workflows. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale. Preferred Experience in regulated financial services or fintech. Knowledge of DvP (Delivery versus Payment) and tokenized securities workflows. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year for Vice President at the commencement of employment. Supply Pricing team's mission is to simplify the lives of our large-ticket sellers, ensuring they can easily onboard and manage their ticket inventory throughout the event.
