What You’ll Do Learn AEM’s technology stack —from authoring to publishing, from the backend (Sling, OSGi, Oak) to frontend frameworks (HTL, React). Design and develop internal tools and automations to help Customer Engineering streamline diagnostics and support workflows. Analyze and improve existing processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and building practical solutions. Solve and investigate AEM issues, learning debugging techniques used in enterprise environments. Contribute to internal documentation and wikis to support continuous information flow. We are seeking hands on Full Stack Engineers to build our next generation solutions. The ideal candidate, a skilled programmer with excellent communication abilities, collaborates with colleagues to construct the foundational infrastructure from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in independently owning the full software development lifecycle, working with business analysts and project managers to understand the problem statement, and delivering quality solutions on time. They will have the aptitude to quickly learn and embrace new technologies and proven methodologies to build and deliver solutions on time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full lifecycle of development tasks - analyze, design and code business-related solutions, as well as core architectural changes, using an Agile programming approach resulting in software delivered to tight deadlines.

  • Participate and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.

  • Understand changing priorities and be forward-thinking in context switching.

  • Build positive relationships with other team members, collaborate, and communicate effectively to reach successful outcomes

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to help your peers in the research and selection of tools, products, and frameworks (which is vital to support business initiatives).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another STEM field.

  • 3-7+ years of proven hands-on, full-stack development expertise with both a scripting (e.g., Python) and OOP (e.g., C++, Java) programming language

  • Comfortable working in an agile software delivery environment, with Git and with exposure to CI / CD tools (e.g., Github, Docker, Jenkins)

  • Experience with messaging systems across application stack (e.g., Kafka)

  • Strong software experience in developing and a proven track record of delivering full-stack cloud-based applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and deploy microservices in a scalable high throughput workflow.

  • Passion for clean, maintainable code and are always looking to improve your engineering skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
