This role will champion effective and efficient operation of engineering design systems requiring knowledge of Solidworks, PTC CREO, and Engineering PDM systems along with the ability to leverage AI driven applications to improve process automation. This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best. What You'll Do Lead and champion CAD and PDM systems integration, collaborating with the IT department and key stakeholders to define and implement efficient CAD and PDM integration strategies, continuous improvement and optimization. Plan, manage, and execute large engineering software solution programs by defining project objectives, creating project plans, and establishing timelines and milestones. Hold engineering tool suppliers accountable to own, deliver, and optimize services to MFT to deliver full value of investment. Facilitate delivery of training related to the CAD and PDM software solutions to the engineering organization and cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and enforce CAD / PDM standards, policies, and processes aligned with business operation requirements. Provide technical support to CAD and PDM users within the business, resolving software related problems and errors. Identify, own, and champion areas of continued improvement within engineering system processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose and implement process modifications. Investigate, recommend, and deploy AI applications to deliver process, efficiency, and quality improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met CAD & System Administration Serve as the primary administrator for SolidWorks and Creo CAD environments. Maintain, configure, and upgrade CAD systems, tool libraries, templates, and workflows. Manage license allocation, user access, and integration of CAD tools with PDM/PLM systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system or user issues, ensuring uptime and continuity. Product Data Management (PDM/PLM) Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of engineering PDM systems. Ensure data integrity, version control, and compliance with engineering standards. Define and optimize workflows for change management, approvals, and release processes. Train and support engineers in effective PDM usage and best practices. Process Improvement & AI Applications Explore and deploy AI and machine learning applications for CAD/PDM to improve process flows, error detection, and automation. Implement AI tools to accelerate design review, parts classification, drawing validation, and metadata management. Partner with engineering leadership to identify opportunities for AI-enabled decision support, predictive analytics, and automation. Governance & Standards Establish and enforce CAD and PDM standards, policies, and procedures. Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for engineering staff. Collaborate cross-functionally to align CAD/PDM workflows with quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The base pay scale for this position is $34.95 - $34.95. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. Overview:

Ensuring exceptional safety and the best first impressions for our patients, customers and staff, you will maintain our state-of-the-art facilities by performing a wide range of general cleaning tasks. We'll rely on you to maintain the physical plant through repairs and renovations using power tools and performing electrical work. Also important to your role will be maintaining daily logs and work orders, reading blueprints or models, and planning layouts for new construction.

To qualify for this role, you must have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least three years of experience as a general mechanic or handyman, and one year of trade school experience. A solid background in building trades, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems. Your technical savvy should be matched by a working knowledge of plant maintenance methods and related equipment.
