What You'll Own Lead and mentor a team of ~6 full-stack engineers plus a BA/Product Manager Serve as the senior technical decision-maker across architecture and platform direction Own cloud infrastructure and application reliability (Azure) Drive ongoing modernization, including migration from legacy Perl to .NET Balance technical debt reduction with new feature delivery Partner closely with executive leadership on prioritization, roadmap tradeoffs, and exit readiness Support light API integrations across products and workflows Bring a product-oriented mindset to engineering planning and execution Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI) in a regulated, sensitive-data environment This role is not day-to-day coding, but it does require technical depth , architectural judgment, and the ability to dive in when needed.
