SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Insights (BI) team focuses on integrating information from diverse sources and analyzing it to enhance business performance. This team collaborates across business segments to transform Welltower into an insight-driven organization, leveraging data and analytics to shape strategic decision-making.

As a Business Insights intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently exploring and solving a relevant problem facing the BI team.
  • Contributing to capital allocation decision-making processes by delivering accurate, actionable analytics.
  • Creatively cultivating and integrating disparate datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Developing and potentially training proprietary statistical models to support business objectives.
  • Acting as a bridge between data, models, and real-world applications by simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Performing other duties as assigned
