  • Create / modify operator Job Instructions in MS Word documents. Work with operators and engineers to document operations.
  • Assist with OEE data collection. Helps to identify loss areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct time studies, and cycle time checks.
  • Conduct delay studies to loss areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with a graduation date of May 2026 or later.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited University full-time.
  • Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round.
  • Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
