Your Impact:

  • Leadership & Innovation: Take command of multiple product lines as a high-level Mechanical Engineer, acting as a pioneer in the field, while providing strategic direction to a team of 15-20 engineers and technicians.
  • Strategic Development: Lead new product research and development projects, with a keen focus on optimizing design for manufacturing and processing. Spearhead initiatives from conceptualization to full-scale production, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and performance specifications.
  • Technical Mastery: Utilize your expert knowledge to integrate innovative new features, assess the competition, resolve complex production issues, develop expectations, and ensure adherence to standards across multiple production departments.
  • Market Excellence: Drive process refinement and cost reduction efforts. Lead ROI analyses for new tooling and equipment investments that enhance manufacturing capabilities and reduce operational costs.

What You'll Need:
