What You'll Do: This engineering manager will be hands on, and will both code as well as manage other engineers. Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical role, with the ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams. Those with the capacity to serve as a player/coach are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in telemedicine platforms.
