The Work

This C4ISR DevSecOps Senior Manager is responsible for leadership of an Integrated Engineering organization through the successful capture and execution of various products within the C4ISR portfolio at the Huntsville, Alabama site. This leader is responsible for and leads all engineering disciplines within their area. A key responsibility for this individual is recruiting, strengthening, energizing, and retaining quality engineers. This leader will ensure strong process and tools are employed in engineering efforts, and a continuous improvement is made via 1LMX and other mechanisms. The DevSecOps Senior Manager is responsible for cost, schedule, and technical quality of all engineering products. This leader will be responsible for healthy collaboration and partnership with the C4ISR Chief Engineers and Program offices, integrated engineering leaders across other sites, as well as other local LM leadership. Resource planning and optimization across programs is vital in this role, including quality forecasting and rapid response to demand for engineers.

This leader should have a demonstrated track record of Full Spectrum Leadership with a focus on performance, culture, and teamwork. As the senior manager with hundreds of engineers this leader must be a cultural shaper, ensuring their organization and team are motivated and lead to consistently demonstrate excellence.
