As an intern, you'll work alongside industry experts to help bring new products from concept to production. You'll gain exposure to design for manufacturability (DFMA), process development, cost optimization, and advanced tooling technologies-all while contributing to real-world projects that make an impact. What You'll Do Work under the guidance of an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer on active projects. Participate in the New Product Development (NPD) process from prototype to production. Support local plant builds (prototype, pilot, and production). Assist in assembly process development and improvement. Perform DFMA reviews and contribute to cost justification/ROI analyses. Evaluate vertical integration and outsourcing opportunities. Contribute to the creation of data-driven analytics tools. Deliver a final presentation to Toro leaders on your project work and outcomes. What You'll Bring Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited program in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Agricultural Engineering. Junior standing or higher (graduation no sooner than Dec 2026). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
