What we’re looking for

Toyota’s Stamping Department is  looking for a passionate and highly motivated Maintenance Engineering Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead activities that will support the achievement of 94% EOA through MTTR and MTBF metrics with a strong focus on innovations.

Develop, visualize & analyze Maintenance data systems to improve Shop KPI’s.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the Stamping PE Manager to Achieve Hoshin KPI Targets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Respond to safety, quality and productivity issues as it relates to maintenance.  
  • Provide technical assistance to production and skilled TMs to support process improvement activities
  • Provide tools/knowledge and act as a check group to assure all activity meets TMMMS's safety standards as well as OSHA requirements, and Toyota Equipment standards
  • Manage projects- new equipment, equipment modifications (Innovation and New Technology)
  • Budget & Manage contractor activities to support Maintenance related KPIs
  • Provide technical support of equipment programming, communications and operation. Follow up on all issues that affect shop KPIs and provide engineering solutions and assistance to implement effective countermeasures
  • Utilize automatic & manual data collection systems to identify bottleneck processes.  Problem solve root cause & countermeasure
