What you will do:AV System Management:- Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring AV equipment (projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, etc.).
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly checking equipment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems are functioning optimally.
- Equipment Updates and Upgrades: Staying current with the latest AV technologies and recommending upgrades to improve performance.
- Technical Assistance: Providing on-site and remote technical support to users during meetings and events.
- User Training: Conducting training sessions to help users understand how to operate AV equipment effectively.
- Meeting Room Setup: Assisting with setting up meeting rooms for different types of meetings, presentations, and events.
- Working with IT and Facilities: Collaborating with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with other technologies.
- Communicating with Stakeholders: Keeping stakeholders informed about AV system status, issues, and improvements.
- Inventory and Tracking: Maintaining accurate inventory of AV equipment and tracking its usage.
- Budgeting and Procurement: Assisting with budgeting for AV equipment and procurement.
- Integration with Booking Systems: Working with meeting room booking systems to ensure accurate scheduling and availability of AV equipment.
- Resource Management: Managing the availability of AV resources and equipment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AV equipment, networking, and audio/video technologies.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with users, IT staff, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
