APM is one of Datadog's foundational product pillars. It's where customers go to understand how their business is running. One of Datadog's strengths is the breadth of our product suite and APM is where our app based products are connected to form an observability experience that's greater than the sum of its parts. This is a high impact role that will help set the direction for Datadog's instrumentation and OpenTelemetry strategies for years to come. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research.
