Typical Responsibilities include:

  • Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
  • Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs
  • Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
  • Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
  • Qualifying new equipment, new raw materials, and new consumable parts
  • Monitoring process and equipment to improve quality

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with preference for Metal Deposition experience (Endura toolset)
  • Able to work on-site in cleanroom
