Implement zero loss thinking strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Implement systems to promote Zero Loss Thinking and Analysis using tools like Minitab. Collaborate with broader technical group to improve service delivery and performance. Work with cross-functional technical leaders on improvement projects for plant operations. Serve as the technical lead on engineering controls for cost-saving initiatives. Create cost-saving governance principles and practices aligned with enterprise cost-saving principles. Lead the organization in using a productivity pipeline process to track and accomplish strategic and tactical improvements. Provide supervision and guidance to facilitate learning, mentoring, and performance improvement. Coach Continuous Integration (CI) Engineers and Managers. Work cross-functionally with other Operational Excellence Leaders. Using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), create an Autonomous Maintenance step 3 technical action plan to increase manufacturing system reliability. Champion and advance autonomous maintenance practices. Develop and oversee programs to increase the effectiveness and reliability of equipment and processes. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Mechanical, Industrial or a related engineering field and 7 years of operational leadership and continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience must include: Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and application. Zero loss analysis and application. Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple operations. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) implementation. Strategic Planning and Reviews across enterprise. Operational excellence principles.   • Implement systems to promote Zero Loss Thinking and Analysis using tools like Minitab.

  • Create cost-saving governance principles and practices aligned with enterprise cost-saving principles.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to facilitate learning, mentoring, and performance improvement.
  • Coach Continuous Integration (CI) Engineers and Managers. Work cross-functionally with other Operational Excellence Leaders.
  • Using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), create an Autonomous Maintenance step 3 technical action plan to increase manufacturing system reliability.
  • Champion and advance autonomous maintenance practices.
  • Develop and oversee programs to increase the effectiveness and reliability of equipment and processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Mechanical, Industrial or a related engineering field and 7 years of operational leadership and continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience must include:

  • Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and application.
  • Zero loss analysis and application.
  • Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple operations.
  • Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) implementation.
