Reporting to the Director of Platform Engineering you will coordinate single or multiple Small to Medium capital projects that often require inter-disciplinary engineering teams of 2 - 5 engineers and cross functional partners.   • Ensure that all project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed and that all projects are delivered within safety, cost, schedule and performance success criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • 5 years of direct industrial project leadership experience

  • Direct accountability for projects with a complexity of at least $1 million

  • Position location is at one of the corporate offices - Omaha NE or Chicago IL

  • Travel 50% to 70% dependent on project timing.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
