What is the opportunity? 

Capital Markets Data AI and Research Technology (DART) team is looking to hire a seasoned Lead AI Engineer in Quant and Tech Services. The role will be responsible for applying Generative AI techniques to build solutions for Capital markets use cases.

What will you do?

  • Lead a small team of senior and junior AI engineers to build AI solutions for the Global Investment Bank

  • Lead design and architecture  of end to end AI & ML solutions for Capital markets GIB use cases.

  • Build agents (RAG and Otherwise) leveraging enterprise data which help capital markets Research, Banking, Sales and Trading

  • Lead design and development of AI workflows which account for agents orchestration , memory , caching , context engineering , entitlements etc.

  • Manage AI Ops and pipelines for Generative AI needs

  • Bring thought leadership and AI leadership to the team

What do you need to succeed? 

Must Have: 

  • Masters degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience building Deep Learning or Machine Learning models; in depth knowledge of Machine Learning, deep learning and Generative AI. 

  • In depth knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, Information extraction etc. 

  • Knowledge of Embeddings, Re-rankers, agentic frameworks etc; knowledge of Inferencing, fine-tuning, model architectures etc. 

  • In depth knowledge and experience building front to back AI Operations; in depth knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures; knowledge of distributed computing 

Nice To Have: 

  • Experience implementing GenAI systems into production 

  • Experience with model evals and model monitoring
